One of the most popular Pakistani-Indian drinks is lassi. Lassi is a simple full-fat yogurt-based beverage drunk ice cold with a layer of froth on it as it gets churned. You can have either have some version of sweet lassi, or a salty lassi, spicy lassi, or savory lassi.

Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1mango, peeled, cubed
  2. 1 cupstrawberries, chopped
  3. 1 cupyogurt
  4. 1/4 cupmilk
  5. 1 tsp.cardamom powder
  6. 1/4 cupice cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a blender add all the ingredients and blend on high speed till smooth.

    Pour into glasses.

  3. 3

    Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom powder and if desired, chopped mango/strawberry.

    Serve immediately.
