Cooking Instructions

1- to make the cinnamon sugar, add the white and brown sugars as well as the cinnamon powder to a bowl then whisk together and set aside.

Add the flour, yeast,sugar,pinch of cinnamon,powdered milk and salt to a bowl mix together until combined. add in butter,vanilla extract, egg and water mix to form a dough. Transfer dough to a clean surface and knead for 5-6mins until smooth.
place dough in a large oiled bowl and cover, set aside to rise until double it’s size. - 3
After it has risen, transfer the dough to a clean,floured surface and roll flat. Spread the room temperature butter on the dough, sprinkle the sugar mix on the dough.

Roll the dough tightly, cut the rolls into similarly sized pieces using a thread, place in a baking dish, cover and allow to rise until doubled it’s size.

Bake at 350F for about 30mins or until golden brown

I was asked to make cinnamon rolls shown in the pamphlet so they could be served at a movie screening, but I wasn't satsified with the original dough...I tried various things, and finally settled on this combination while leaving the original image intact.If you use milk with a high ratio of sugar, the dough will just become heavy.
