Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Scotch bonnet and onions
  3. Garlic and ginger
  4. Eggs
  5. Salt and maggi
  6. Oil for deep frying

    Peel the yam and dice into cube, cook till it become soft.

    Blend scotch bonnet, onion, garlic and ginger

  3. 3

    Add little oil in a pot, put the blended items and fry in a low heat

  4. 4

    Mash cooked yam add fried pepper and seasoning, mix everything together

  5. 5

    Wash hands, rub oil on panels and scoop small amount of yam mixture to form a balls

  6. 6

    Break eggs, add salt and whisk

  7. 7

    Put the yam balls in the egg and turn it until the balls are mixed with the egg

  8. 8

    Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown
