During lockdown my dad and my kid sister wanted to try something new for breakfast and so I came across this on food channel the pioneer woman and so I decided to make it while trying to incorporate things that were accessible by Nigerians I discovered that sisi yummie also has tried it out so I also did the same and it was yummy 😋 #kidsdelight

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Totilla rapper
  2. 6eggs
  3. 1Onions
  4. 2Green peppers
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Maggi one boullion cube
  7. Vegetables oil just a little
  8. Cheese
  9. Leftover chicken

Cooking Instructions

    Get a small plate and break in all your eggs

  2. 2

    Wash your green peppers and onions then chop them

  3. 3

    Shed the cheese and the chicken and set them aside

  4. 4

    In a non-stick frying pan add in a little oil and pour in your seasoned egg little

  5. 5

    Allow the eggs to set then remove one of the totilla wrap and use it to cover the egg, when it has hold flip it to the other side

  6. 6

    So the back of the totilla will be against the pan, sprink in your onions green peppers and chicken then add in your cheese

  7. 7

    Remove another totilla and use it to cover the top of the egg then allow to set and flip again to the other side.

    Then it is cooked you can fold it in the frying pan and then bring them out. Repeat the process until all eggs are done.

    Note that you must be generous with your cheese so that the fillings will not be falling out.

    Serve with a chilled smoothie and you will be full and energetic for the rest of the day.

    I made my own totilla wrap which is know bas shawarma bread or Naan bread.
