I wanted to make pizza for my son and thought we had the dough but I didn't so I came up with this easy my kid loves it and ate it all!

I wanted to make pizza for my son and thought we had the dough but I didn't so I came up with this easy my kid loves it and ate it all!
Cooking Instructions

Mix tomato paste take spices and mix together with a couple splashes of water

Set oven to 300 take out a baking pan (like a cookie pan)

Take tortilla fold in half add cheese in the middle, spread home made pizza sauce or spagetti sauce on top of the folded Tortilla add cheese pepparoni or anything you want on the top of your pizza

Put in oven until cheese is melted and tortilla is nice and crispy take out of the oven and eat!!

A quick snack that's a fun fusion of pizza and quesadilla.Not sure what possessed me to add cream cheese, but it is gooooood.Note: I normally make my quesadillas with burrito size tortillas for the usual "fold over", but in a pinch fajita size tortillas will do. Just use two of them, one for each half. This is what I have pictured here cause I forgot I used up the last of the burrito size. 😂
