Ingredients

  1. 1 bundlegreen chives
  2. Halffish belly
  3. 5 slicesginger
  4. Around 20 pcs preserved black beans or tauci
  5. Halfbowl flour
  6. Cooking oil, just enough to fry fish
  7. 1 tspcooking wine

Cooking Instructions

    Wash fish pat dry and slice.

  2. 2

    Dash flour all over it. Or roll in flour.

  3. 3

    Heat skillet add oil then fry fish until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Then remove, then add in tauci and ginger. Stir fry.

  5. 5

    Add in chives and fish. Then splash cooking wine.

  6. 6

    Keep cooking in 3 mins then remove.
