Ingredients

55 minutes
  1. 1pie shell (I get mine from the frozen section)
  2. 4eggs
  3. 4 ozheavy whipping cream
  4. 4 ozCanadian Bacon
  5. 4 ozSwiss cheese
  6. 4 ozmushrooms (canned or fresh)
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

55 minutes
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350° and Whisk eggs and whipping cream in bowl and set aside

  2. 2

    Place Canadian bacon around pie shell

  3. 3

    Next, place your Swiss cheese in your pie shell

  4. 4

    Cover your Canadian bacon and Swiss cheese with egg/whipping cream mixture.

  5. 5

    Add mushrooms on top

  6. 6

    Bake for about 55 minutes or until the egg is cooked. (Temps will vary depending on the model of your oven)
