Cooking Instructions

Take the first layer of garlic skin.

Put them it in a plastic or glass container.

Pour grape vinegar to cover the garlic. For each glass of vinegar, add a teaspoon of salt.

Close the container, write the date on it and leave it at room temperature. ❗️Once every one or two weeks, open the container and if the vinegar level has dropped and the garlic has come out, pour the vinegar again.
Leave it for at least two years and then it will be delicious and ready to eat. - 5

Mrs. Donk and I are gardening and have found that we have a overwhelming amount of produce, Radishes are more than we can put on the dinner table during the growing season and we have to do something with them. It's simple and easy! You can change it up in many different ways. For example, momma doesn't like hot and spicy but I do so I will put a little Tabasco Sauce in a few jars and omit it from hers.
