2red pepper
3scotch bonnet
1 tbscrayfish
Meat
1onion
Salt
2 tbsoil

Steps

Put the quartered potatoes in a clean pot.

Add enough water to a level about 1 inch above the and potatoes in the pot.

Add chopped red pepper, scotch bonnet, onions, crayfish, meat stock, salt.

Cook till the potatoes are tender.
