Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupSemolina
  2. Halfcup All purpose flour
  3. Cornflour 2 tblspn
  4. Sugar syrup 2tblspn
  5. Yeast 1/8 tspn
  6. Halfcup warm milk
  7. Melted Butter half cup
  8. Milk 2tblspn
  9. 1/4tspn baking powder
  10. Pinchsalt
  11. Butter scotch flavor 1 tspn

Cooking Instructions

    Mix semolina flour and alpurpose flour and butter refrigerate for 4hrs or overnight

    After 4hrs bring out the dough and add in the remaining ingredients and miX well until you have a nice smooth dough.

    Now make medium size balls with the dough

  4. 4

    Take the a ball and press the middle and add the dates paste.

  5. 5

    Close the ball nicely and mold it with the Ma'amoul mold or and cookies cutter, for me i have none😀😁so i used my aluminium cup cake tin.

    Arrange the Ma'amoul on a baking tray, and continue the process until you finish the dough.

    Bake it for 20 minutes and remove from heat and let cool down completely before touching.

    Keep in an airtight container and enjoy 😋 😋
