Ingredients

  1. 1 cuproasted sooji/semolina
  2. 1/3 Tsppanchophutan
  3. 1/3 Tsp mas dal and chana dal each

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the olive oil and ghee. Add panchaphutan and all ingredients except water and sooji and let splutter. Cook the chopped veggies.

    When done add water and 1/2 Tsp Sambar masala and allow to boil.

  3. 3

    Lower the flame and add sooji, cook continuously, till all water is absorbed. Serve hot Upma with chutney.
