Cooking Instructions

Immerse your skewers in water. Allow to soak for some hours.

Thinly slice your beef. Thread beef onto skewers.

Generously coat your skewered beef with suya spice, yaji and seasoning powder.

Put your beef on ready heated grill. Baste lightly with oil.
- 5
Allow to roast on one side then turn the other side. Allow to roast till well cooked. Remember to baste with oil at intervals.

Serve and enjoy with slices of onions, tomatoes and green pepper.
