Ingredients

  1. 6chicken wings
  2. 1 tbspAsian 5 spice seasoning
  3. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  4. 2 tsponion powder
  5. 2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°

  2. 2

    Season wings with dry spices excluding salt. Marinate for up to 48 hours.

  3. 3

    Toss with oil. Add more seasoning if desired. Add salt.

  4. 4

    Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165° or until wings are caramelized and crispy to the touch.

    Variations; honey, mustard, wet marinade, soy sauce, sesame oil, yogurt dipping sauce

Maybe put it on broil for like 1 min on each side at the end to get it crisp Patricia.
