Ingredients

  1. 4 Cups(500g)Ground Egusi
  2. 3Yellow Scotch Bonnet Pepper
  3. 2 kgGoat Meat
  4. 500 gStock Fish
  5. 1/2 CupOnions Diced
  6. Palm Oil 2cksp
  7. Ground Crayfish 2cksp
  8. 1 tbsChilli Pepper Powder
  9. 2 pcsOkpei
  10. 2 tbsOnga Classic
  11. 1 tspCurry Powder
  12. Salt lil
  13. Sliced Uziza leaves 100g

Cooking Instructions

    Wash goat meat and stick fish,season with lil onions,1tbs of Onga Classic,chilli pepper,lil salt and 2Cups of water in med heat,cook for 15mins

    Now,add remaining onions to egusi,mix well,make a ball with hands,set aside

    Top up water as desired to meat stock,add Palm oil,melt okpei and add,also crush washed scotch bonnet,add it,add Crayfish,onions and remaining onga classic

    Bring to boil

    Start dropping in Egysi balls one by one(don't stir at this point)

    Leave pot open

  7. 7

    Make sure your heat is low/med

  8. 8

    Taste to adjust with any ingredient of choice

    Cook for Max 20mins

  10. 10

    Add sliced Uziza leaves 5mins to end of cooking

  11. 11

    You can stir now

    Enjoy with morsel of choice
