  1. 1 kgBeef
  2. 500 gGround dry egusi
  3. Palm oil 2cksp
  4. Ground crayfish 2cksp
  5. 50 gPepper
  6. Okpei(mashed)
  7. CubeSeasoning 2
  8. 700 gDried Fish
  9. Sliced onions
  10. 200 gSliced ugu

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash beef,season,add lil water,cook for 5mins,top up with 2Cups of water or as desired,add palm oil,crayfish,okpei,driedfish,pepper,bring to boil, add egusi,stir,cookl for 10mins on low /med heat,add ugu,stir,boil for a min,turn off heat
