Cooking Instructions

Wash arbi by scrubing, pressure cook with 2whistles cool it.

Remove skin and chop in pieces now marinate with turmeric powder, chilli powder,sambar powder,rice flour,salt.
- 3
Heat oil in pan add curry leaves and marinated arbi and fry till crisp top with coriander leaves and serve with roti/rice.
