Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1 sachet yeast
  3. 2 tbs sugar
  4. a pinch of salt
  5. baking powder
  6. Water: until desired consistency is reached

Cooking Instructions

    Soak 2 cups rice for a few hours

    Take 1/4 cup from soaked rice and cook.

    Mix cooked rice with remaining soaked rice and blend finely.

    While blending add the yeast

  5. 5

    Add sugar, salt and baking powder then fry

  6. 6

    Cover and keep in warm place until it rises.
