I use lime extract alot, for baking, for meat tenderize, food softener, cutting fats and sugar in food, flavour enhancer, for detoxification, also as edible disinfectant I.e for washing fruits and vegetables that will be eaten raw and lots more .. Note: citrus peel contains essential oil, immune booster, anti inflammatory, antioxidants etc.

Ingredients

  1. 1 bowllime I.e like 8 to 10 pieces of lime fruit,
  2. 375 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash lime and slice remove seed.

    Add water and Grind. Note together with the peel.

  3. 3

    Here we are, sieve and keep in an airtight bottle..

  4. 4

    It can survive for weeks.
