I just developed this recipe 💃🏼❤️
Banana &cucumber are energy giving fruits,full of various vitamins,minerals and benefits for a healthy body..
Turmeric goes well with CITRUS,I added my Homemade Organic Lime Extract to balance it,since Turmeric cleanses the organs (anti oxidant)lime balances body PH and good for the eyes..
There's heat in my country,this is needed for utmost rehydration and boosting energy after dehydration or summer heat.. thanks 🙏🏾

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Banana 4 Big
  2. 1/4 CupDiced Cucumber
  3. 1 CupCold water
  4. 1 tbsOrganic Lime Extract
  5. 1/4 tspFresh Diced Turmeric

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Freeze fruits 6-7hrs

  2. 2

    Now,add all ingredients to a blender,blend max 2mins,if you want it super smooth

  3. 3

    Transfer to a glass cup,insert a drinking straw

  4. 4

    Stay healthy ❤️

  5. 5

    Drink immediately
