  1. 4avocados
  2. 1shallot
  3. 2-3 clovesgarlic
  4. 2limes
  5. Cilantro
  6. 1jalapeño pepper
  7. Salt
  8. Onion salt

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

Cut avocados in half and take them out of their shell. Put them in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

Squeeze 1-2 whole limes in the mixing bowl.

  3. 3

Start mashing the lime juice into the avocados with a fork until it's the consistency you like.

  4. 4

Dice an entire shallot, garlic and jalapeño, put that in your mixing bowl. The shallot is the magic to this—it brings so much flavor out and tastes better than a normal onion!

  5. 5

Chop up your cilantro—I typically use about a handful and chop into small pieces. Put that in your bowl and mix.

  6. 6

Add in your desired amount of salt. I will typically cover the entire layer of bowl with salt, mix, and repeat 2 more times.

  7. 7

Add in your onion salt. I swear by the Trader Joe's one. I typically just eye this and don't put too too much.

  8. 8

Mix everything and taste! Add any extra ingredients as needed.
