Ingredients

  • 4Ripe Avacados
  • 1/2 cupcrushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupCilantro
  • 1 smallRed Onion (minced)
  • 2garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 mediumJalapeño peppers (minced)
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 2 tbsplemon or lime juice
  • salt

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Peel and take the seed out of the avocados. Mash with a potato masher. Save 1 seed.

  2. 2

    Add in all other ingredients, except salt. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add salt, to taste. Add in seed (helps keep it from turning brown).

  4. 4

    Enjoy with chips, or in a taco, or burrito!!
