Guacamole

Peel the garlic and place it in the blender along with the piece of onion and the 3 washed and stemmed peppers.

Add milk just below the blades as shown in the second image, then add the avocados.

Add salt to taste and blend. If it's difficult to blend, gradually add water until it blends smoothly. Once well blended, add the cilantro and blend for about 10 more seconds.
