Ingredients

  1. 1 Cuppoha
  2. 1big onion & potato each
  3. 2Chopped green chilies
  4. 6-7curry leaves
  5. 2 tspsugar
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 1/2 tspRai
  8. as requiredsalt
  9. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  10. as required hing
  11. as requiredChopped coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Cut onion, potato, green chilli

  2. 2

    Wash poha. Keep aside

  3. 3

    In pan add oil, rai, hing. Add curry leaves, green chilies, onion, potato. Cook till done

  4. 4

    Add haldi piwder.Mix it. Add poha, salt, sugar. Spread some water.Keep lid.,Cook 5-6 minutes
