Mix the dry ingredients and butter together.

Add water to form a dough.

Knead for 3-5 minutes, then allow it to rest.

Cut the dough into chunks that can accommodate the egg.

Roll the egg inside flour.

Put the egg inside the dough and cover it, wrap the egg inside the dough and roll it very well to avoid opening while frying.

Add your oil into a deep pot and fry under a medium heat. Till golden brown.

The ingredients are pretty simple and making it is rolling the egg mixture like a log shape. I would be honest, it wouldnt be easy at first but once you get the hang of it, youll become master in rolling hehe. Even how thin the layer would be :)For this recipe i added cheese in every layer to add flavor. And we love cheese :) this might not be the common practice but I added milk to lighten the mixture and for added calcium! Aside cheese, you can also add nori, vegetables or even meat. And by the way, I am using a round non stick frying pan and its possible! You dont have to use the rectangular one. This has been my go to breakfast meal when my boys like some eggs for breakfast.
