Macrobiotic 100% Oatmeal Bar! Macrobiotic 100% Oatmeal Bar!
I'm really into macrobiotics. But I also love snacking so I came up with this recipe as a treat to have between meals. There are lots of ingredient combinations for this recipe but this one is my favourite.I always have lots of leftover oatmeal so this is a great way to use it up.Please adjust the sweetness to your taste, if it isn't sweet enough, feel free to add more sweet ingredients. If you use a food processor in this recipe rather than the pestle and mortar, the oatmeal should allow the other ingredients to come together more easily.Try making this recipe with various macrobiotic ingredients.Let's enjoy macrobiotic cooking!
