Ingredients

  1. I pack spaghetti
  2. 3/4 cupbeans (cooked)
  3. 4red bell pepper
  4. 5scotch bonnet
  5. 1and half cooking spoon palm oil
  6. Heaped tbsp crayfish (grounded)
  7. Levelled tbsp locust beans
  8. 1finger fresh ginger
  9. 1big onion
  10. Dried fish
  11. Spinach
  12. cubesSeasoning
  13. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and blend your peppers, onion, fresh ginger and garlic to a paste

    In a pot, add your palm oil. Put pot on the fire. When palm oil heats up, add your blended pepper paste. Stir fry. Season to taste with seasoning cubes and salt. Add enough stock and water to cook your food. Allow to boil.

    Add your locust beans and cooked beans to the pot and allow to boil. Add your cleaned, deboned and washed dried fish. Allow to cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.

    Add your spaghetti to the pot and stir thoroughly. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes on a high flame.

    Lower flame and allow to cook gently on a low flame for another 7 minutes.

    Pluck, wash and slice your spinach. Add to the pot of spaghetti. Allow to simmer for about 3 minutes

  7. 7

    Stir thoroughly, then serve.
