Ingredients

  1. Spaghetti
  2. 1 cupbeans
  3. Blended tomato, redpepper, onion & scotchbonnets
  4. Palm oil
  5. Spinach
  6. Sardine fish

Cooking Instructions

    Set the pot on flame, pour the blend & add palm oil, fry for 4mims, add water that will be enough to cook the beans & spaghetti, add all the spices & seasoning cubes, add the beans first, allow it to be soft & add the spaghetti. When the water is about to be drained, add the spinach.

    Scramble the fish & add & cover for 2mins, off the flame & serve.
