Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breast
  2. 2large 🥕 carrots
  3. 2small green 🫑 peppers
  4. 1& 1/2 onion
  5. 2red bell peppers
  6. 2scotch pepper
  7. 1full serving spoon oil
  8. 3 clovesgarlic
  9. 1large fresh ginger
  10. 1/2 tbspn Salt 🧂 & seasonings
  11. 1/2tea spn spices
  12. 2 table spooncorn flour

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the boneless chicken 🐓 into chunks add into a pot. Add in grinded ginger and garlic paste add into the oil and some salt. Stir every thing together. Grind the scotch pepper with some onion and add. Add in some seasoning cubes, onga to taste.

    Then add in any spice of choice like curry & thyme, mixed spice or masala. But I used only curry & thyme. Fry for a couple of minutes while stirring from time to time time then add in some water cover and allow to cook in high heat in the mean time wash and cut 🥕 carrot, green bell pepper 🫑, red bell pepper and onion add them in stir. Cover and continue cooking.

    When the chicken is soft and the veggies are properly cooked then make a corn flour slurry with corn flour and water add into the soup and stir until it thickens then off heat and serve. You can add soy sauce for color and taste ! 😊 ☺️ enjoy!!!
