I gave two of my soy milk pudding cups to my coworker, and she preferred this version over the other plain one. She said that it was melt-in-your-mouth creamy and soft! That's why I've posted this recipe here.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250 mlSoy milk
  2. 2to 3 tablespoons Matcha
  3. 1Egg
  4. 2 tbspSugar
  5. 1Kuro-mitsu (brown sugar syrup or molasses)

Cooking Instructions

    Combine sugar and matcha in a bowl and mix well. Add a small amount from the measured soy milk, then mix in the eggs. From here, stir to dissolve in the sugar as you add the rest of the soy milk in batches.

    Refer tofor Melt-in-your-mouth Soy Milk Pudding to see how to cook it. Chill in the fridge and serve. Adjust the amount of matcha to taste. The one in the picture tastes bitter and sharp.
