It's a new variation of melting chocolate pudding!
I used fresh cream that had 35% fat (so it's actually whipping cream). Recipe by aimini

Heat the milk in a pot to just below the boiling point. Turn the heat off, add the matcha and sugar, and mix well.

Add the powdered gelatin and mix thoroughly. Strain into a bowl.

Set the bowl in ice-cold water to cool slightly. Add fresh cream.

Pour into serving containers, chill in the fridge until hardened, and enjoy!
