I made this since I bought donut molds.
If you don't have donut molds, you can simply bake in aluminum foil cups or muffin pans.

Mash the tofu and pass through a strainer (if it's silken tofu, just mash.)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Pour the mixture into a pastry bag. Squeeze into a donut mold. Fill only 50% of each mold (The hole will close up if you fill too much.)

Bake in a 180°C (356°F) oven for 15 minutes to finish.
