Ingredients

    For moi moi

    First peel and wash the beans, add onion, tattashe, scotch bonnet and blend till smooth.

    Add vegetable oil, grinded crayfish, seasoning and little water to the paste and stir

  3. 3

    Then scoop to your desired size and place in a plastic leather and tie

    Add water to your pot and place the bean paste and cook or steam till it is fully cooked.

  4. 4

    For the sauce
    In a pan add oil, pepper blend, seasoning and stir

    Add cooked beef, onion and spring onion and fry till done.
