Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1net weight 300 grams Potatoes
  2. 80 gramsCake flour
  3. 1 tspBaking powder
  4. 50 gramsButter
  5. 50 gramsGranulated sugar
  6. 1Egg
  7. 100 mlMilk
  8. 2 tbspMaple syrup
  9. 1Powdered sugar (if you like)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potatoes, and microwave for about 6 minutes at 500-600 W, then mash them well. Preheat the oven for 170°C.

    While Step 1 is warm, add the butter and granulated sugar in that order. Melt and mix them well each time.

    Add the beaten egg, maple syrup, and milk, and mix well.

    Combine the cake flour and baking powder, and sift them into the bowl. Mix with a spatula.

    Pour the batter into the cake pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven preheated to 170°C for about 40 minutes.

    When baked, let it cool, then remove from the pan.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like. Cut into pieces, and serve on a plate.
