Ingredients

6-8 condiment
  1. 1/2red onion, sliced thin
  2. 2-3 tbsprice vinegar
  3. 1/4 tspsea salt
  4. 1/4 tspcoconut sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice onion. Put in a small storage container.

  2. 2

    Splash with rice vinegar. Top with salt and sugar.

  3. 3

    Close container and shake to combine ingredients.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate and use as a condiment as you wish.
