Banana Balls

This is one of my own recipes. I bake sweets which are easy to make and use minimum ingredients. Also, of course, recipes which make kids happy!
You can substitute condensed milk with 1 tablespoon of honey. It will have the same look, but the texture and flavour will be different. Honey makes balls with a stickier texture and also adds flavour. Either way, these balls are not so sweet and I recommend using sugar for coating such as powdered sugar or brown sugar.
Remember that the sweetness also depends on the banana. So please adjust according to your own taste. For 24 balls. Recipe by caramel-cookie
Cooking Instructions
- 1
If the banana is ripe, use as is. Otherwise microwave (on high level) for 40-50 seconds. Then, place the banana in a bowl and mash with a fork to make a puree.
- 2
Add condensed milk and mix well.
- 3
In another bowl, mix the joshinko flour and baking powder well. Now transfer this to the banana mixture and combine well.
- 4
Shape the mixture into one flat square shape like in this picture. Divide into 24 portions and preheat the oven to 190°C.
- 5
Now shape each portion into a ball and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven for 14-15 minutes.
- 6
Cool on a wire rack.
- 7
Once cool, coat with powdered sugar, brown sugar, or cocoa powder.
