These soft, delicious cookies happened when I tried to make peanut butter cookies THEN realized I didn't have enough peanut butter! Instead of panicking I subbed a banana and they turned out so yummy! Chilling is necessary bc they're a bit gooey! mitchell.mary.e90 -

Simple PB Banana Oat Cookies Simple PB Banana Oat Cookies
Great for you have a ripe banana and you want something sweet. It’s insanely simple - just throwing together oats, almond butter, banana and chocolate chips. If only have one ripe banana or even a half- you can really just eyeball all the ingredients. The consistency won’t be like cookie dough before putting in tray - use a spoon and flatten with a spatula on top before putting in oven.Really good the next day too. KK Westhampton
