I've become interested in macrobiotics, but I'm not interested in following it rigidly. I just follow the principles my own way.

Sesame seeds not only have vitamin E, which helps prevent aging, they also contain a super antioxidant called sesamin. Soy milk and tofu contain isoflavones, calcium and vegetable proteins. Gelatin contains collagen. So this is a perfect "beauty pudding." For 4 servings. Recipe by Asamato

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 100 gramsSilken tofu
  2. 200 mlSoy milk
  3. 30 gramsSugar (or beet sugar)
  4. 2 tbspBlack sesame seed paste
  5. 5 gramsGelatin

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water (not listed) until softened.

  2. 2

    Add sesame paste to the tofu, and mix well until it forms a paste.

  3. 3

    Add 50 ml of soy milk and mix well.

  4. 4

    Put sugar, gelatin and 50 ml of soy milk in a pan and heat until dissolved. Don't let it boil.

  5. 5

    Add the remaining 100 ml of soy milk to the pan.

  6. 6

    Add liquid from Step 5 to the bowl with the sesame paste and tofu a little at a time, mixing continuously so that no lumps form.

    Pour the liquid into containers and chill to set. It's sooo delicious! I no longer need to eat bavarian cream!
