This is one easy-prep snack item that I came up with.

If the patties seem a bit thick when poured into the pan, flatten them by pressing them down with a spatula while flipping them! They will break apart if you press down too firmly, so be careful. For 2-3 servings. Recipe by Momijiy

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 60 gramsPancake mix
  2. 2 tbspBlack sesame seeds
  3. 2 tbspWhite sesame seeds
  4. 15 mlMilk
  5. 15 gramsSugar or honey

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Make flat patties with your hands, then grill over low heat in a Teflon pan.

  3. 3

    Flip each patty over several times while pressing down with a spatula, then, when they brown to a nice color, remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Once they reach a nice brown color, cool on a rack, then serve.
