Ingredients

  1. 2big dry fish
  2. Fresh pepper
  3. Onion
  4. Half cup of groundnut oil
  5. 2 cubeMaggi and salk to taste
  6. Carrot and green beans

Cooking Instructions

    Blend pepper and onion.keep aside

  2. 2

    Wash fish with warm water and salt.piece into smaller size.and keep aside

  3. 3

    Pour oil in a pan.when hot put in chopped onions

  4. 4

    Add blended pepper pasta.fry for 3 mins

  5. 5

    Add maggi and salt

  6. 6

    Add the fish and mix well.add 1 cup of water

  7. 7

    Allow to cook until fish is soft and d water is dry.

  8. 8

    Chop in the carrot and green beans.stir until well mix

  9. 9

    Ready to serve.
