Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfish stock
  2. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  3. 3 tablespoonsflour
  4. 1/3 cupheavy cream
  5. 2egg yolks
  6. to taste Salt
  7. to taste Pepper
  8. to taste Paprika
  9. 1 tablespoonlemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt butter stir in flour,blend well. Slowly stir in fish stock. Stir in cream.stir and bring to boiling point. Just before serving stir into beaten egg yolks. Add seasoning and lemon juice.
