  1. 500 gTomato Puree
  2. 1 CupSunflower Oil
  3. 1 tspCurry Powder
  4. 1/4 tspThyme
  5. 1/2 tspCinnamon Powder
  6. 1 CupMeat Stock/Broth
  7. 1 tspOnga Stew Seasoning Powder
  8. Onga Classic Seasoning Powder 1)2tsp
  9. LeafDiced Curry a Handful

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up oil, when hot,add tomato Puree,stirfry on low/med heat till oil floats on top

    Next,add meat stock/broth and others except Curry Leaf,you may add lil more water to loosen it up

  3. 3

    Taste to adjust with lil salt or any ingredient of choice

  4. 4

    Add Curry leaf,reduce flame,to low,

    Cook open for 1min max

  5. 5

    Remove from heat,use as desired
