Simple Tomato and Onion Salad

I wanted to make it easier to eat tomatoes, so I made this salad with ingredients I had around the house already.

If you don't like the harsh flavor of regular raw onions, use mild sweet onions instead.
I love aromatic vegetables like onions, Chinese chives and garlic, but I have to say they're pretty strong-smelling (so be careful if you have an important meeting or occasion coming up). For 4 servings. Recipe by ange

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2Tomatoes (large)
  2. 1/4to 1/2 Onion
  3. 1 clove● Grated garlic
  4. 2 tbspVinegar
  5. 3 tbsp● Olive oil or vegetable oil
  6. 1/3 tsp● Salt
  7. 1 tsp● Wasabi paste
  8. 1Parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the tomatoes and spread out on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.

    Finely chop the onion and put in a bowl of water for about 10 minutes. Drain well.

  3. 3

    Mix the ingredients marked ● together in a bowl. Add the chopped onions and mix again.

    Pour the dressing from Step 3 over the chilled tomato slices, scatter some parsley on top and it's done.
