  1. 1 kgdiferent kind of tomatoes
  2. 1 piecebread
  3. 2 clove
  4. 1oregano, to taste
  5. 1salt, to taste
  6. 1ground black pepper, to taste

  8. 2 tbspbalsamic vinager

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven at 180° degrees

    Slice the bread and season the slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano and 1clove of garlic cut into little pieces. Put them in the oven until the bread is toasted.

    Slice the tomatoes, season them with salt and garlic cut into little pieces. Let them rest for 5 minutes to let the juices come out.

    Add the ground black pepper, oregano, and olive oil to the salad. Add the bread to the tomato mix and let the bread absorbs the juices.

    Add to tablespoons of balsamic vinager and dacorate with basil leaves. Enjoy!!
