Ingredients

  1. 6 slicePork slices for ginger pork
  2. 1 dasheach Salt and pepper
  3. 1Flour
  4. 1 tbspVegetable oil
  5. For the sauce:
  6. 1/2Onion
  7. 2 tbsp● Sake
  8. 2 tbspMirin
  9. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  10. 1 piece● Ginger (grated)
  11. Accompaniment:
  12. 4leaves Cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    Season the pork with salt and pepper, and dust with flour.

    Grate the onion. Keep the moisture that comes out of the onion too

  3. 3

    Add the ● ingredients to the grated onion. The sauce is done!

    Heat some oil in a frying pan and pan fry the pork on both sides.

  5. 5

    When the meat changes color, add the sauce, and simmer over low heat. The onion will become sweet when cooked.

    Accompaniment: Finely shred the cabbage. You can combine it with shredded carrot too.

    Transfer to serving plates and it's done.
