Ginger Pork with Grated Daikon Radish

I combined my two standard recipes, refreshing ginger pork with vinegar and ginger pork with grated daikon radish.
If you are using a Teflon-coated pan, you may not need to use oil when cooking the vegetables. Stir the sauce once more before adding it to the pan. For about 3 servings. Recipe by Chobikoro

Steps
- 1
Thinly slice the onion into wedges and julienne the carrots.
- 2
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, and coat the surface with a thin layer of flour.
- 3
After lightly draining the water content from the grated daikon radish, add the sauce made from the combined ● ingredients, and mix well.
- 4
Pour vegetable oil (not listed) in a pan and sauté the onion and carrot. Remove from the pan once they become tender.
- 5
Add a little more oil, and sauté the pork from Step 2.
- 6
Once the pork cooks through, add vegetables from Step 4, then add the sauce. Toss until the pork is evenly coated, then serve.
