Tofu and Avocado Salad with Yuzu Pepper Paste

I bought some delicious miso and yuzu pepper paste, so I used them to season this avocado dish.

For best results, use canned tuna packed in oil.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Avocado
  2. 1/2 tbspLemon juice
  3. 50 gramsFirm tofu
  4. 1/2Canned tuna (packed in oil)
  5. 1 tbsp★Miso
  6. 1/2 tspor more ★Yuzu pepper paste
  7. 1 tsp★Honey

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces and marinate in lemon juice.

    Microwave the tofu for 2 minutes at 600W, then drain well.

  3. 3

    Put the tofu into a bowl, and mash it with a wooden pestle or a spoon until smooth. Add the flaked tuna and ★ seasoning ingredients and mix well.

    Add the avocado with lemon juice to the bowl from Step 3, toss, and it's done.
