  1. 3 cupsbeans
  2. 2Scotch bonnet
  3. 2red pepper
  4. Ginger
  5. 1big onion
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. HalfAjino
  8. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your beans and make sure to remove all the cover you can use your blender to help you remove all the dirt on the beans and wash it well

    Add your scotch bonnet, red pepper, onion and ginger into your blender and your beans then add medium amount of water and then bend it till it makes a soft batter

  3. 3

    Transfer your batter into a bowl and beat your batter add salt and ajino then pour your vegetable oil into your pan under medium heat and fry your Akara
