Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsyellow corn
  2. 2 cupsmillet
  3. 2 cupsGuinea corn
  4. 2 cupssoya beans
  5. 1 Cupdate
  6. 1 cupgroundnut
  7. 1 cuptiger nut

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and sundry all

    Roaste all in a neat and dry non sticky pan

  3. 3

    Using a mortar or a bottle, gently rub the soya bean until the chaffs are off

  4. 4

    Then take all to a grinding machine
    Grind dry

  5. 5

    Allow to cool
    Store in a cool and dry container
    Can be serve with bread, Ankara, moimoi etc
