Ingredients

5 minutes + refrigeration time
1-2 servings
  1. 2 tablespoonscream cheese softened
  2. 1/4 cupvanilla Greek yogurt
  3. 2 tablespoonshoney
  4. 1/2 cupfresh raspberries
  5. 1 cupold fashioned oats (do not use quick oats)
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 1/4 teaspoonvanilla
  8. Zest of 1/2 lemon
  9. 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  10. Crushed graham cracker and additional raspberries for topping

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes + refrigeration time

    I mix everything in a 4 cup measuring cup.

    Whisk the softened cream cheese, yogurt and honey. Combine well.

    Add raspberries to cream cheese mixture and gently mash the raspberries.

    Add oats, milk, vanilla, lemon zest and salt. Mix well.

  5. 5

    I leave this in the measuring cup, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. You can also spoon it into a jar and cover.

    When ready to eat top with additional raspberries and graham cracker crumbs.
