Cooking Instructions

I mix everything in a 4 cup measuring cup.

Whisk the softened cream cheese, yogurt and honey. Combine well.

Add raspberries to cream cheese mixture and gently mash the raspberries.

Add oats, milk, vanilla, lemon zest and salt. Mix well.

I leave this in the measuring cup, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. You can also spoon it into a jar and cover.

When ready to eat top with additional raspberries and graham cracker crumbs.

I found a recipe for apple overnight oats in my feed and decided to make something similar with the dried fruits I had on hand. I used steel cut oats in the recipe, if you want to use other types of oats you may need to reduce the water, maybe ⅓ cup for rolled or quick cooking oats. This should make for a good breakfast.
