Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuprolled oats
  2. 1/2 cupgreek yogurt (I used OIKOS Apple Pie)
  3. 2 tbspvanilla protein powder
  4. 1 tbspchia seeds
  5. 1/4 cupfat free milk
  6. 1/4 cupunsweetened applesauce
  7. dashof cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix together rolled oats, yogurt, chia seeds, milk & vanilla protein powder. Add a dash of cinnamon then topped with applesauce. Refrigerate overnight and grab on your way out!
